Case studies, with dated numbers and honest limits
I only publish numbers I can show with a date and a source, and I say when a result is still in progress. Here is what I can show today.
This website: AI-readiness scores
Measured with my own technical auditor on October 14, 2026, over 15 commercial pages.
GEO 92.1 and AEO 88.4 out of 100
The scores are technical criteria I defined (accessibility for AI, structure, direct answers, authorship and dates). They are not Google scores and do not predict citations.
A Costa Rica directory, rebuilt in October 2026
A directory of funeral homes that I use as a testing ground. The numbers below are the public baseline before the rebuild.
Google clicks fell from 334 to 75
Search Console, September 2025 versus September 2026 (a 78% drop) before the October 16, 2026 rebuild.
New site, structured data and answer-ready pages
Rebuilt without WordPress, with dated source data for each listing, structured data, FAQs and measurement.
Reported monthly
Results will be published here with the same dates and sources. It is a test site, not a client.
More case studies will be added only with the client's permission and with dated numbers.
Before you write
Are these results guaranteed for my site?
No. They are measurements of my own sites with dates and limits. Another site's results depend on its starting point, competition and content.
Why do you publish a case that fell in traffic?
Because it is the honest baseline. The directory lost traffic before the rebuild, and I will publish what changes with the same dates and sources.
Will you add client case studies?
Yes, only with each client's written permission and with dated numbers.
